2025 VENDOR RULES AND GUIDELINES

1. All requests for sales space must be received by May 15, 2025 and include completed contract form and a check or money order in the full amount payable to Dayton Disneyana or remitted via mail, Paypal or Square.

2. If you are unable to participate in this event after purchasing a sales space, contact us as soon as possible. Requests for refunds must be in writing and emailed or postmarked by May 15, 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date. Table space is non-transferable.

3. A sales space for this event consists of one (1) 6 foot table with one chair

4. This event will be held at the Hope Hotel and Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center, Building 823, Area A, Gate 12A, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio 45433 on Saturday June 7, 2025  and Sunday, June 8, 2025. Free parking is available.

5. Please stop at the registration table, before you begin to unload, to verify your table assignments. No loading-in from the front lobby.

6. Set-up will be available for dealers on Friday, June 6, 2025 beginning at 12:00 p.m. (noon) and on Saturday, June 7, 2025 beginning at 6:00 a.m. Set-up must be complete by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Breakdown will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, no exceptions.

7. Aisles must be kept clear of merchandise at all times in accordance with federal, state and/or local fire and safety laws and regulations.

8. Merchandise may not be pinned, taped or otherwise attached to the walls.

9. The doors will open at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday for early bird guests and 10:00 for the public, 10:00 a.m. on Sunday for guests to shop and trade. Times subject to change. There will be a separate room for pin trading.

10. Neither the Dayton Disneyana Foundation, Inc. nor the Hope Hotel and Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center may be held liable for any
damage, injury or loss occurring at this event. Any damage in designated selling area will be seller’s responsibility. A minimum of $250.00 will be charged to any seller who causes damage to the property.

11. Only official or licensed Disney merchandise, including Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel, may be offered for sale. Dayton Disneyana retains the exclusive right to determine what items may be offered for sale.

12. Each seller is required to donate one (1) Disneyana item for the Saturday early bird guest drawing.
