Paul Bottos Of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada is passionate of all things Mickey Mouse. He has been collecting all things Mickey for over 35 years. Paul grew up in what he might refer to a “Dysfunctional Family” Paul was placed in foster homes and group homes until he was 18 years old.

When Paul was in his early 20’s he picked up a well-worn plastic Mickey Mouse figure at a garage sale for 25 cents. He says seeing it brought back memories of good times. For Paul that figure represented things that children think about when things are tough. Paul explains that Mickey Mouse save him many times when life was not so grand.

Paul gets extremely excited when people hear about his collection and want to see it. He enjoys showing it off to everyone especially to kids who over the years have given him Mickey items to put with his collection.

Paul’s Mickey Mouse collection has grown to over 10,000 items and is still growing. “If you collect something or enjoy something” Paul advises ” As long as it is not detrimental to you or causes difficulty to other people, then I think people should go towards those things and surround themselves with it.
